STONEBRIDGE COMMUNITIES LLC is Hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician Near Saint Paul, MN
We are currently seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares all vacant units to a rent-ready condition
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Completes regular site inspections
- Performs on-call emergency service as required
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free of trash and debris
- Monitors maintenance and up-keep of all mechanical equipment including, but not limited to, water heaters, HVAC units, etc.
- Ensures safe work practices.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Understands and complies with Fair Housing Policies
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Previous experience in residential maintenance or other related fields
- Required to hold a CPO, be available for on-call rotation, provide own tools
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Experience in market rate communities
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
